All We Will Ever Need

God has given us everything we will ever need to live a successful, overcoming Christian life. He has given us His Word, His Son, and the Holy Spirit.
God has given us His Word, which is infallible, and inspired of the Holy Spirit. 2 Timothy 3:16, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." We can safely rely on His Word and depend on His promises. We are His only creation that He created in His image. There is nothing else that He has created that has been created in His image. Since this is true, our words are also creative, just as God's are. Therefore, we can speak His Word over the circumstances we face, and there is power in His Word.
Another reason we can speak God's Word over our circumstances is because if we have accepted His Son Jesus as our Savior and Lord, He has given us authority over the devil, and the authority to use His name. However, those who have not received Him as Savior and Lord do not have this authority. Those who are saved have the blood of Jesus that was shed when He died for their sins and this is the basis on what was accomplished for them. They have salvation through Jesus.
Salvation is not just limited to going to Heaven when a saved person dies. On earth there is healing, deliverance from destructive habits and sin, and inner peace that the world cannot give that one has inside when things are going wrong. There are more things that can be added to this list. I encourage you to read the Bible for yourself to discover what they are.
We have the Holy Spirit Whom the Lord told His deciples was the reason that it was expedient that He go away. He left us another Comforter, another Helper. When Jesus was on the earth, He only could be in one place at one time. Now, He has given us the Holy Spirit, Whom indwells each born again believer. He leads us into all truth. He reveals to us what the Lord is saying. He gives us power to live as overcomers and live a Godly lifestyle. I encourage you to read the Bible, especially the Book of Acts, to discover more about the Holy Spirit.
